Germany 2010 Winner Colombia Carolina Rodriguez is New Top Model Of The World 21 Febr Dusseldorf Final WBO-pdet10719

43 delegates from around the World did spend 10 exiting days in Germany, visting the cities of Cologne (Koeln), Bielefeld, Saarbruecken and Essen. A visit at the Cologne Dom, one of the most impressive Gothic Cathedrals which brings each year millions of tourist to Koeln, also a journey into the german Carnival which all of them enjoyed a lot.
In the night of the 21st. at the well know Casino Hohensyburg, the 2 hour Show started with the opening in Designer Evening Dresses, followed by the Swimwear Competition to select the Top 15.

At the end the Top 5 have been selected by a panel of judges with Star Visagist Omega Bullok (who´s done Make up for Stars like Nicky Hilton, Roberta Flack or Mariah Carey), Modelagency Owner Marie Luise Cawi (Cawi Models Munich) and Susanne Philips (Allstar Models Cologne).
Also famous Ex "Tic Tac Toe" Singer Ricky Wältken and Society Lady Gisela Muth (having her own cosmetic line) have been judging.
The new sash for the 2009 winner was given by last years winner Debora Lyra from Brazil. Over 11 TV Stations have been attending the 2009 finale and for first time we had as well TV Stations from Brazil, Kosovo, Macedonia and Malta attending.
The Top Model of the World will continue with the 18th anniversary in 2010.

In cooperation with the Casino Hohensyburg. High over the "Ruhr Valley", rises the largest casino of Germany on three levels as a unique glass building.

Not only the view over the landscape is unique - also the pleasure and entertainment. Besides around 500,000 visitors in a year, also many prominent people are coming annually on the Hohensyburg.

Queen Silvia of Sweden was likewise a guest such as Arnold Schwarzenegger and the Klitschko brothers. In addition full entertainment and a outstanding culinary is waiting for the guests.

43 international Top Models are anxious to travel to Germany and to compete in the 17th TOP MODEL OF THE WORLD pageant which is going to be in Dortmund. Dortmund is located in the State of North Rhine Westphalia, in the "Ruhr Area" Its population of 587,830 makes it the 7th-largest city in Germany, and 34th-largest in the European Union. The Dortmund Ems Canal also terminates in the Dortmund Port, which is the largest European canal port, and links Dortmund to the North Sea. Dortmund is known as Westphalia's "green metropolis".

Nearly half the municipal territory consists of waterways, woodland, agriculture and green spaces with spacious parks. This contrasts with nearly a hundred years of extensive coal mining and steel milling within the city limits. One of the leading Casinos in Germany and in Europe is called the "Casino Hohensyburg" - the venue of the 17th TOP MODEL OF THE WORLD pageant. All delegates will be welcomed in Germany on the 10th of February and remain in Germany until the 21st of February, the day of the final. Over this time all delegates will experience as well the german "Carnival" time in Germany as well as Sightseeing and Welcome Receptions.
